2D and 3D Floor Plans
Floor plans are a great way to give prospective buyers an overall feel for your home before they've even viewed it. We offer floor plans in both 2D and 3D.

How do we make floor plans?
Measure
Using a laser measure our photographer will measure the dimensions of each room.
Sketch
With good old fashioned pencil and paper (and a ruler) we draw a scale image of your homes layout on site.
Design
Back at the office we scan the sketch into our CAD software and then create your floor plan.
Finished Floor Plan
Your finished floor plan, complete with furniture if wished, is now ready to be sent to you along with your finished photos.
3D Floor Plan
If required we can apply a bit more magic to render a 3D floor plan of your home. These look great!
