Property of the week

I've photographed a lot of units in the Quadrant building but never one with this layout or in this section of the building.

Being nicely renovated and staged this place was fun to photograph but all I could think of doing was sitting on the balcony and throwing peanuts at the laywers of tomorrow walking too and from the law school just down the road.
